I’ve been working off and on with this template for a few months while trying to find a good JQuery Lightbox.

  1. Very nice template. I just came across it this evening. I’m having some trouble with the recent photos on the bottom of the screen. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
    Thanks.

  2. Where do you have your photoblog installed at? Can you give me the url?

  3. Hi Kevin,
Looks like a great template. Wonder if it is possible to maximise the display space. Say to have a photo like 1000×600 on the main page, description/title field below, and then a filmstrip below that. Or maybe you would recommend another template?

    Thank you,
    Rod

  4. While I think it would be great if you used this template, I think there are plenty of templates that offer what you are looking for. I designed this one to show a smaller sized photo and be able to zoom a larger size.

  5. Hi Kevin

I´m using jour template. It´s very nice.
Now I´m looking for an possibility, to turn the stylsheet from dark to light.
    Can you help me?
    Thank you and best wishes

  6. You can make your site a light design instead of dark, but you would need to change various colors in the CSS file nad some of the images too.

  7. Hey Kevin,
this is a great template, but looking at it in Camino it has a strange glitch when you click the comment box: there’s suddenly a white box overlaying the bottom thumbnails. if you hover over the white, the thumbnails come back into view.
It’s a real shame as it looks stunning in Safari and Firefox.

  9. Hi Kevin,
Thanks for sharing this excellent template !!

I’ve been using it fior quite a while (with some small modifications I made to it)
There’s one thing I would like to check with you about it, whenever you have the time

    Thanks

  11. Sure – let me know what your looking to do.

  12. I want to ask,hoe i want to add the contact bar at top menu, and do u have any good contact form for pixelution?

  13. Hey Kevin this is just awesome template you’ve made.
i am using and enjoying it a lot.
btw i’ve suggestion if you can take it from..

wish to have thumbnail stream navigation like dark-matter if you can integrate it and that will add lot of friendliness to the template.

  14. Hi Kevin,
this is what I’d like to have:

When you click on the image and get to the largest version,
the way to close it is that close button bottom right
Would it be possible to make it so that it closes by clicking
anywhere on the image without the need of the button?

    Thanks

  15. Hi Kevin, i use your wonderful template since 6 month. Now i will change the height and width from the displays pictures. Where i can do this?

  16. Sorry, I don’t have a contact form to use with my Pixelpost templates.

  17. Since this is a third party javascript plugin, any additional functionality would need to be provided by the plugin author.

  18. Not quite sure what you are asking here?

  19. Looks nice. I like the concept. Why did you decide to use prettyphoto.js over other jquery lightbox scripts? I have used fancybox but had to customize it due to some problems with ie.

  20. Hi Kevin,

first of all thanks for this nice template. But I would like to ask you a couple of questions:
    1) I am new to pixelpost and set up a new blog with the latest version. Then I added your template, activated the plugin and customized the about site briefly. I uploaded 3 photos and they show fine. BUT unfortunately the Browse pages don’t work (for no category). You can see the behaviour on my website. How can I fix this?

    2) Is there a way to show EXIF data as well?

    3) This is a suggestion, I know it’s not implementd yet: Pixelpost features bilingual content. Is it possible to use it with the template, so that the user can choose a language?

    Greetings from Japan,

    Timo
